trainings designed to make your organization more "Deaf
Friendly." We offer both on-site employee trainings for larger
businesses, and workshops at our own facility for smaller businesses. |

This training will provide participants with an introduction to the
Employment Provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Key areas to be covered will include: identifying essential functions,
conducting
pre/post
employment
inquiries,
definition of disability (state/federal), qualified individual with
disability, reasonable accommodation process, undue hardship, and
direct threat. |
