The Hearing, Speech
& Deafness Center is proud to offer classes in American Sign Language
(ASL) for individuals age three and up.
|
|
The Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center is once again offering lipreading
and aural rehabilitation classes. Daytime and evening classes will
be offered throughout the year.

The Hearing, Speech
& Deafness Center offers a number of workshops. Some of these are geared
towards making your workplace more Deaf-Friendly. Others are for the
continuing education of clinicians and care-providers. |

A key component of being Deaf-friendly
is making sure your Deaf customers and/or clients can reach you by
phone. If you have a published TTY number, it is essential that all
reception staff know how to answer TTY calls effectively and in a timely
manner. |
