The Hearing, Speech & Deafness Center (HSDC) has three offices in Western Washington, serving thousands of clients a year in the Puget Sound region and beyond. The Seattle main office features our complete range of services. The South Sound (Tacoma) and North Sound (Bellingham) offices provide Deaf & Hard of Hearing Services by county. The Seattle office also features a rental facility for meetings, the Hannah S. Grunbaum Conference Center.
