Why Visit an Advocate? |
| |
| |
Perhaps your hearing decreases and you worry about your job.
We can educate you regarding technology available, interpreting
options, and your legal rights - to guide you through the system
so you can be independent.
| |
| |
Perhaps you have a dispute or communication breakdown with
your landlord. We can assist in communication between both parties
to help resolve any differences.
| |
| |
Perhaps you want to go to college. We can work with you to search for a school, understand financial aid options, and navigate the application and admission process. |
| |
| |
Whether the topic is employment, education, or housing - health
care, legal issues, or the ADA - we can provide peer counseling
to assist you in understanding your rights. We can also locate
funding for interpreters - and if you cannot come in for transportation
reasons, we can even meet you in your area. |
