General Fund
If you're a City of Seattle resident who is Deaf, Deaf-Blind, or hard of hearing, you may qualify for interpreting or captioning services from the General Fund. The goal is to make equal access a reality for everyone, by providing money for ASL interpreters, oral interpreters, and captioners to individuals facing financial challenges, based on their income.
FM Systems
Our Seattle, Tacoma, and Bellingham offices have FM Systems available for loan to Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community members. Businesses are charged applicable rental rates.
