Speech, Language & Literacy
The Speech, Language & Literacy program at HSDC serves individuals with communication differences and delays throughout the lifespan. We provide comprehensive evaluations as well as individual therapy, and group sessions.
- Educational services including the Ned Behnke Speech Language Preschool, reading remediation programs, parent support for families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and ASL classes are part of the Preschool & Early Learning program.
About Our Staff
Our staff of speech-language pathologists hold Master's degrees, state licenses and national certification through the American Speech, Language & Hearing Association (ASHA). Additionally, some of our clinicians have the following specialty certifications...
